Moremac Adds to South East Portfolio

Victorian based master planned estate developers, Moremac Property Group, has added a sixth project in Melbourne’s Southeast with an infill site in Cranbourne East, one of the final pieces of land available for development in the suburb.

Located at 350 Narre Warren Road, Cranbourne East, the site presents the last chance to build a new home in the established postcode offering unparalleled amenity in the already thriving locality.

The 64 hectare site will consist of land, house and land and townhome options, with future residents set to benefit from the ideal location with close proximity to the centre of Cranbourne which includes an extensive range of schooling, entertainment and retail options.

The final figure of lots will be dictated by the Croskell Precinct Structure Plan, Moremac anticipates between 500 to 800.

“Our latest development in Melbourne’s Southeast is the last piece of the puzzle in Cranbourne,” said Co-Founder and Director of Moremac, Bryce Moore.

“We’re excited to be providing purchasers with the opportunity to build their new home in a highly established neighbourhood.

“Cranbourne offers significant appeal with great locality within driving distance of the Melbourne CBD. We believe the lots will be highly sought after to new homeowners.”

The project, which Moremac will develop on behalf of a joint venture, is its sixth estate within the City of Casey boundary.

The Victorian based developer’s significant footprint in the area began in 2010 with the purchase of The Boulevard in Clyde North followed by Bendigo Court in Cranbourne that same year.

This led to the purchase of Kilora Park, also in Clyde North, purchased in 2017. All three developments have sold out in recent years.

Moremac is currently selling Smiths Park in Clyde North and Alira in Berwick making them one of the most prolific developers in the area which has instilled confidence in its latest project.

“Our track record in the area has given us a confidence boost for our new project. We know the location very well and to be developing on one of the last pieces of land available will be of great benefit to the suburb,” added Moore.

“To be able to secure one of the final addresses within the Cranbourne East postcode combined with the ready to access amenities is going to be an attractive prospect to buyers.”

Moremac will manage sales of the new property internally with expressions of interest to be sought in quarter two of 2023.

The developer has 14 projects throughout Victoria along with a recent acquisition made in Queensland.
